Although summer is winding down, sunflowers are starting to bloom! We have compiled a list of where you can pick your own sunflowers, or simply enjoy a beautiful sunflower field to take photos.

You can typically find sunflowers anywhere from early August to late September so check the location’s website or Facebook page before you go. Dates/times vary and not all fields allow picking.

Angiuli’s Farm Market

Pick your own sunflowers at Angiuli’s Farm Market every day from 10:00am-4:00pm. Cost is $3.00 per stem. Follow their Facebook page for updates.

 

Mill Creek MetroParks Farm

The sunflowers are beginning to bloom at the MetroParks Farm. They are expected to be in full bloom the week of August 21 & 28, 2023. Follow the Mill Creek MetroParks Facebook page for updates. They are most spectacular in afternoons and early evenings on sunny days. Feel free to come out for photo ops or to take in their beauty but please remember no cutting is permitted so all can enjoy!

 

Molnar Farms

The sunflower field is open ONLY during posted times and only accessible via hayride. Follow their Facebook page for dates and times. Admission is $6/person and includes the hayride to the sunflower field and 3 stems. There is no charge for children 3 and under for the hayride/field visit. Additional stems are $2 each.

 

White House Fruit Farm

Follow their Facebook page for dates and times for pick-your-own sunflowers. Sunflower field is across the parking lot from the Market and next to the Zinnias (also available for pick-your-own). Check in at the Market for clippers.
