The single-floor plan sleeps up to six people (with one queen bed and two sets of bunk beds) and also includes a living room and screened porch.

Camping cabins are also extremely popular: sleeping up to six people with a micro-fridge, microwave, air conditioner, picnic table, charcoal grill and fire ring.

Located near Interstate 76 and State Route 534 on 15487 Creed Road in Lake Milton, the Lake Milton KOA also has 50 amp service, full hookup sites, tent camping and RV sites. A true family campground, here you’ll also find space to play bocce, cornhole, shuffleboard, and horseshoes – not to mention their jump zone, waterslide, dog park, playground, golf cart rentals and pedal bikes.

This summertime must-visit camping experience spans an impressive 82 acres with a 10-acre lake for boating and fishing and a ½ acre swimming lake. A seasonal campground open from May through September, Lake Milton RV Resort’s more than 50 campsites offer 30 amp service for its visitors. Before your trip, be sure to load up your mountain bikes for the robust mountain biking trails at Lake Milton State Park, just a short 10-minute road trip from the resort.

You can find this quaint camping space at 17829 Mill Road in Berlin Center, right on the river of Lake Milton.

You can get to Berlin Lake from U.S. Route 224 and State Routes 14 and 225, making it easy to visit from West Branch, Salem, the Lisbon area or Pennsylvania.

Fishing is a popular pastime on Berlin, which is 55 feet deep in its deepest spot. It’s home to catfish, walleye, crappie and a variety of bass. The large surface area of the lake lends itself to boating, kayaking and jet skiing.

Go hiking, visit playgrounds and plan picnics around the lake. While you’re there, you may even spot a bald eagle or two soaring around!
